I like to explore, discover, and create.
Currently at Google DeepMind, I work with enterprises and governments to build products powered by Gemini and guide model improvement with real-world feedback.
PREVIOUSLY...
Born in Seoul, I grew up moving around—California, Virginia, and New York. JP is short for my Korean first name, June Pyo. As a kid, I dreamt about becoming a zoologist and a yo-yo player.
During college, I took gap years to serve in Lebanon as a UN Peacekeeper and co-found Tradir, a CRM for international manufacturers.
After returning, I helped build an open-source platform that helps labs collect physiological data and run real-time inference for neuroscience and HCI experiments.
My first team at Google was Android XR Glasses, where I led foundational apps and context-aware AI features from 0-to-1.
